Shipping Policy – Plastic Free Curiosities

Processing & Tracking
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order goes out.

Order Packing
We take care when packing to help ensure your items arrive intact. If anything arrives damaged or you run into an issue, let us know — we’ll make it right.

Check Your Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We’re not responsible for deliveries lost, delayed, or misrouted due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If your order ships to the wrong address because of a customer error:

  • We’ll only resend it if the original package is returned to us in good condition.

  • If it’s not returned or arrives damaged, you’ll need to place a new order.

  • No refunds will be issued for address mistakes.

Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If your order’s already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Once It's Shipped
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We’re not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Use the tracking number we send to follow up directly with the carrier if needed.

We’re also not responsible for orders marked as “delivered” that go missing. Be sure your delivery location is secure and accessible.

Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us because of an address error, refusal, or failure to retrieve it:

  • We can reship it if it’s returned in good condition and you cover the additional shipping cost.

  • If it isn’t returned or arrives damaged, a new order will be required.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a street address.

High Volume Periods
During sales or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
